Hawaiʻi Counselors Association (HCA) is committed to promoting state-wide professionalism among counselors and ensuring the use of best practices in counseling. This is done by providing a code of ethics, accepted standards of practice, and education programs to promote diversity, collaboration, scholarship and change.
